The dotted vertical line indicates the NG50 scaffold length: if all scaffold lengths are summed from longest to the shortest, this is the length at which the sum length accounts for 50% of the estimated genome size. Y-axis is plotted on a log scale. Snake estimated genome size = ~1.0 Gbp.
